The Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) is a unique Institution focused exclusively on the niche area of Banking Technology. Established by the Reserve Bank of India in 1996, the Institute works at the intersection of Banking and Technology. The PGDBT is a full-time regular one-year programme that provides essential learning inputs on technology implementation, integration and management so as to enable the candidates to meet the changing technology requirements of the Banking and Financial Sector. The programme focuses on current as well as emerging technologies that can contribute to the growth of banks and financial institutions. The PGDBT aims to produce techno savvy professionals, who would use the latest and best technologies, to fuel growth and make the Indian Banking and Financial Sector techno-efficient.

Eligibility: The PGDBT is open both to the Direct Candidates and Sponsored Candidates/Employees of Banks and Financial Institutions and the eligibility criteria. A candidate must hold a first class (minimum of 60% marks) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR a first class Master's Degree in Eligibility 05 Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Technology any subject with a minimum of 10+2+4 years of formal education. Candidates who are in the final year are also eligible to apply provided they complete the formal education as specified above latest by June 30, 2023. All direct candidates need to possess a valid GATE/ CAT/GMAT/GRE/CMAT/ XAT/MAT/ATMA score at the time of submission of application form. The Institute would shortlist the candidates for Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) based on their GATE/CAT/ GMAT/GRE/CMAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA scores. Banks and Financial Institutions can sponsor their employees for the PGDBT. Employees of Banks and Financial Institutions may also apply directly for the PGDBT. Candidates in both these categories too must hold a first class (minimum of 60% marks) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR a first class Master's degree in any subject with a minimum of 10+2+4 years of formal education but need NOT have GATE/CAT/GRE/CMAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA scores.

Selection: The actual selection for admission is based on the scores of the candidates in the GDPI. Sponsored/Direct Candidates from Banks and Financial Institutions, such candidates need to participate in Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) and the selection for admission is based on the scores of the candidates in the GDPI.

B.Sc. Poultry Production and Business Management at Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University

The KVASU came into existence on 14th June, 2010, as per Ordinance number 44/2010 and later Act 3/2011 of the Government of Kerala. The University hence is the product of continuous and genuine pursuit and sustained dream of many people, who initiated the efforts since the mid-nineties. The establishment is also the result of the recognition of the need to advance animal production sector activities and to widen the arena of academic opportunities, applied research and entrepreneurship in the field of animal health, production and allied subjects. The University is a public funded University with headquarters at Pookode, Wayanad, and the powers of the University are vested in its authorities –the Management Council and the Board of Management. The university has called up for admission 2023-2024 in B.Sc. (Poultry Production and Business Management).

Eligibility: For B.Sc. (Poultry Production and Business Management) 50 % marks in Plus two or VHSE of any stream.

Selection: The University will publish a rank list based on the marks secured by the candidates in the Entrance Examination conducted by the University at College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy, Thrissur and College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Pookode, Wayanad. The selection for the BSc will be done from the corresponding rank list according to the rank, options and the reservation policies persist, through offline allotment process.
