Minority Empowerment: A Constitutional Obligation - Dr. A.B. Moideenkutty

Aluva: Dr. A.B. Moideenkutty, President of CIGI, stressed that it is the constitutional responsibility of society to bring backward communities into the mainstream through education and employment empowerment initiatives. He was speaking at the CIGIRA eranakulam district meet held at N.K. Auditorium in Aluva, Ernakulam. He emphasized that various organizations should ensure collective efforts to expand educational outreach activities to the grassroots level in this era.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Kunju Muhammed Pulavath, Principal of Al-Azharul Uloom College. Dr. Z. A. Ashraf, General Secretary of CIGI, delivered the keynote address. Dr. Sulekha, Director of the Minority Training Centre, Mrs. Raziya Chalakkal, Mr. Ameer Faisal, Mrs. Femina Khan, and Mr. Abdul Rasheed delivered speeches at the programme. Adv. Kunjumon presided over the function. Mr. K.S. Abdul Kareem welcomed the gathering, and Mr. Abdul Kalam delivered the vote of thanks.
