Employment Enhancement Programme
What is it about?
In the current scenario, the younger generation is prone to unemployment due to various reasons like failure to discover their skills, lack of interest in their chosen profession or at times due to lack of opportunities in the country. CIGI has numerous plans and projects designed exclusively in order to help the aspirants find their skills and inclinations as a means to guide them to a proper profession that suits their interests.
Employability Enhancement Programme (EEP) is our project initiated in 2016 with the sole aim to address the existing gap between the demand and supply of skills and to impart the skills required to the manpower of a growing economy. CIGI aims to impart skill development programmes by changing attitudes and creating interest for all sorts of work amongst the current generation.
The project also gives special focus for the socially vulnerable sectors like orphans, destitute, people of coastal areas or plantation areas. The project also focuses on college students along with those who have completed their graduation.
