Pursuing Food Technology following completion of the twelfth grade

Food Technology courses are primarily available in two categories: a three-year BSc in Food Technology and a four-year BTech in Food Technology. Food technology encompasses the scientific facets associated with food safety, production, distribution, storage, packaging, and more. It delves into the scientific methodologies of safely storing food products, ensuring their non-harmful impact on health, and preserving essential nutrients.
